RUST MULE: ZOMBIE ROAD - TERMS OF USE Effective 17 October 2026 · Version 1 Rust Mule: Zombie Road ("the game") is made by Aram Satar, publishing as ARKEV ("we", "us"). By playing the game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play. 1. THE GAME AND APPLE'S TERMS These terms sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which also applies to your use of the game. Where the two differ about Apple's role, Apple's EULA wins. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content. 2. YOUR LICENCE We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or hacks that change how it works, except where the law allows this anyway. 3. OWNERSHIP AND ORIGINAL CONTENT The game, its code, art, sound, characters, vehicles, names and story are owned by Aram Satar / ARKEV or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The game is an original work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other game, studio or publisher. Third-party materials are credited in the game's Credits & Licenses screen. 4. IN-GAME CASH, CAR KEYS AND PURCHASES The game sells optional in-game cash packs and car keys through Apple's In-App Purchase. In-game cash, cars and upgrades are a limited licence to use digital items inside the game; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and are not your property. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy, and Apple processes all payments. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Car keys can be restored on a new device with Restore Purchases; cash packs are used up once credited. We may rebalance prices, upgrades and game rules in updates. Purchases are intended for adults; if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying. 5. THE AI ROAD BUILDER The AI Road Builder sends the words you type to our server and to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which designs a road from them. AI output is automatically generated, may be unexpected or inaccurate, and is for entertainment only. Do not type personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers) or anything offensive or unlawful. We may limit, change or switch off this feature at any time. 6. YOUR GAME PROGRESS Your progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the game or using Reset Progress erases it, and we cannot recover it. 7. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version in the game. 8. NO WARRANTY AND LIABILITY The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress.
