A purchase didn't arrive

Open the garage, tap + next to your cash, then Restore Purchases. Car keys come back on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Cash packs are credited once. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

My progress is gone

Progress is saved only on your iPhone, so deleting the app or using Reset Progress erases it and it can't be recovered.

The game runs hot or drains the battery

Open Settings (the cog) and choose 30 or 60 FPS and Medium or Low quality.

The AI Road Builder says "radio guess"

It couldn't reach the road builder server (no connection, or too many roads in a minute), so the game guessed a road from your words offline. Try again in a moment.
