RUST MULE: ZOMBIE ROAD - PRIVACY POLICY Effective 17 October 2026 · Version 1 This policy explains what information Rust Mule: Zombie Road ("the game"), made by Aram Satar / ARKEV ("we"), handles. The short version: no account, no ads, no tracking, and your progress stays on your phone. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE - Your game progress, settings, cars, upgrades and the roads you have built are saved only on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the game or using Reset Progress removes them. WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE, AND WHY 1. AI Road Builder (only if you use it). When you tap Build Road, the description you typed is sent over an encrypted connection to our server (run on Cloudflare) and from there to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which returns the road design. We do not attach your name, device ID or any account to it. Our server does not store the description; Anthropic may keep requests for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring under its own policies (anthropic.com/legal/privacy) and, under its commercial terms, does not use them to train its models. The game asks for your permission before the first description is sent. Please do not type personal information. 2. Rate limiting. Our server briefly uses your device's IP address to stop more than a few road requests a minute. It is not stored or used for anything else. 3. Purchases. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; the game only receives confirmation of what was bought. WHAT WE DO NOT DO - No advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no tracking across other apps or websites, no selling or sharing of personal data, no location, contacts, camera or microphone access. CHILDREN The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Its only network feature (the AI Road Builder) sends just the text typed into it. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS You can play without ever using the AI Road Builder. Because we keep no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access or delete on request beyond what is on your device; questions about Anthropic's records can go to Anthropic. You can contact us at any time through the Support page. CHANGES If this policy changes in a way that matters, the game will show you the new version and ask you to accept it.
